I was thrilled with the garden view from my room, although it showed some signs of wear, particularly on the bathroom doors. The early check-in was a nice touch, and overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's proximity to the lake and city center was fantastic, allowing easy access to all the cafes, restaurants, and nightlife in Queenstown. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, although a bit more direction towards amenities upon arrival would have been appreciated. Dining was a highlight with a great selection and a lovely view of the lake, surpassing even some neighboring luxury hotels. While the valet service was disappointing, the concierge provided excellent recommendations for activities nearby, making my stay even more enjoyable.
